Xbox one X Controller connect

I'm guessing you have a 1708 controller, correct? If so, you need to update your K2 to the latest firmware using the K2 App. The new update "fixes" the update Microsoft made that forces the controller into Bluetooth mode (controller vibrates then turns off), and instead keeps the controller in USB mode.

it vibrates but still does not connect. the latest version is on the device.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, most of us are out sick with covid. That is the model 1708 controller so please double check your K2 app that your current firmware version is 1.2.117.

Also, the cable you have plugged into the controller is not the cable that came with your K2 so it is possible that cable is only passing power and not data (a common problem). Please use the supplied cable and remove the batteries from your controller.

Micro usb cable do not fit in xbox series x/s controllers…
