You can download the Rainbow Six Siege profile from the Game Center for either PS4 or Xbox One. Are you having trouble using the K2 App to download it?

someone help when I plug in my keyboard mouse and controller they all light up but nothing works I pressed all the buttons f1-f12 restarted my xbxox but nothing works please help

We are going to need some basic information to help.
What console are you on?
What keyboard and mouse are you using?
Do you have external power connected to the K2's power port?
Did you connect the controller to the Gamepad port using the cable provided in the K2 box?
