I thought that step might help you

1. Remove the connect with console
2. Remove the power supply from additional power (gamepad , keybaord ,mouse still on K2 )
3. wait for 5 sec
4. Re-plug the additional power first
5. Re-plug K2 to console

then also wanna to check do you update the fw to 107 and app to 77
