Micro adjustments?

I just got my keymander and tried to play some Rainbow Six Siege after customizing it a little bit I noticed that it was kind of skipping pixels automatically and micro adjusting to the middle of the screen and skipping a lot of pixels for anyone wondering it was at 3200 dpi and 100 vertical 100 horizontal sensitivity ingame with a 15% deadzone
