Does the black widow elite work with keymander 2

Can you look into the black widow elite razor keyboard mine is glowing and everything but doesn’t work and I’ve tried everything and it stip working after the new firmware update thank you

Please be sure to have your controller fully updated through your console.


What is the firmware it was last working on?


If you can not recall what the last working firmware was, I can send you the download link to the previous firmware (1.2.117) so that you could downgrade while we look into this issue.


*Downgrading will require a Windows PC*
