keyboard not working

The Series S/X controller now use USB-C cables which the Keymander 2 does not supply. A crucial requirement is to have a charge and sync cable.

Please confirm that you have a charge and sync cable by directly connecting your controller to your Xbox (excluding the Keymander 2). If it is a charge and sync cable, the controller will power on by itself. If it is not a charge and sync cable, it will require you to press the home button on the controller before it powers on.
