Problem
When I disconnect my keyboard my mouse works but I can’t hear but when I connect the keyboard to the keymander2 it doesn’t work but I could hear

What is the make and model of your mouse and keyboard?
If you ONLY have the keyboard connected, are you able to make keys on the K2 app?
If you ONLY have the mouse connected, are you able to make clicks on the K2 app?
Are you using the power port on the K2 and connecting to a wall outlet?
