Controller keeps turning off (Xbox Series S)

Try checking to see if it's either the mouse or keyboard that could be causing this.

Start with playing normally with controller and only have the keyboard connected. Play a few games and check to see if removing the mouse helped. Then try the same with only the mouse connected.
