Original Xbox One consoles (pictured below) may experience issues with the controller disconnecting when KeyMander 2 is connected to the side USB port. This can happen intermittently and appears to be the side effect of a USB power limitation issue affecting the side USB port on many of these original consoles. The solution is to move the KeyMander 2 connection cable to either of the rear USB ports on these original Xbox One consoles.
