Device: KeyMander 2

Keymander 2 Not Working (for Xbox One)

I have downloaded the most recent firmware and am using a Razer Deathadder (regular) and a Razer Tartarus V2 with the Keymander 2 for Xbox One (original). I am able to map controls with the K2 App and Tartarus but am unable to interact with my Xbox One in any way. The Mouse is clearly listed as compatible but the Tartarus V2 isn't listed as compatible or incompatible. Is something wrong with the Keymander? Or my gamepad? Do I need a regular keyboard for it to work? Please advise.

First, please check this post here as the most common issue is controllers not switching to USB mode when the cable is connected. This procedure solves that problem.

Next, if that doesn't solve the problem please check the model of Xbox One controller you have. We are currently having a problem with the model 1697 controller released in 2015, but all newer models and the one previous model are compatible. We are about finished with the patch for the 1697 so that one will be supported soon.
