Device: KeyMander 2

Mic not working

I cannot get my headset mic to work, and it is plugged into the controller. I have tried with both a regular controller and an elite v1.

please make sure you update the controller from Xbox to latest version

there have the Mic turn on off switch on K2 app


could you help to check you open the mic mute function ?
