Keymander not working

Its not working the keymander keeps connecting and disconnecting never stays on and doesnt keep my keyboard and mousr on

Can you please give us more information?

What keyboard?

What mouse?

Which console?

Did you watch the setup video for your console type to make sure it was connected correctly?
