NEED HELP CONNECTING ASAP

I am using KEYMANDER 2 for Xbox one, I can Bluetooth connect to the KEYMANDER using the app, as soon as I plug in any device to the KEYMANDER 2 it disconnects from Bluetooth and doesn’t show up. I have clicked the pairing button and still nothing. Any help ASAP please
