Ps4 is not working

I have watched the video to set up my PS4 correctly. And it was working find for 3 to 4 hours. Now No matter how many times I am plug everything in restart as soon as I touch my mouse everything disconnects. I've tried unplugging the controller and re plugging it up after 5 sec but still does it, it is on USB so I'm confused. Honestly considering getting my$$ back and getting something else.

Help me fix plzz
