KEYMANDER isn’t working on Xbox or game
My keyboard and mouse won’t work on my Xbox I’ve restarted my Xbox multiple times and device resented my KEYMANDER multiple times nothing is working sometimes it says power insufficient even tho I’m using both power cords please help

Let's start with the basics first to make sure it is connected properly. Did you watch our setup video here?
Next, what keyboard and mouse are you using?
What external USB power supply are you using and is it at least 2 amps rated? (This is the likely issue)
Which version of Xbox are you on?
Are you using an original Microsoft brand Xbox One or Series X controller?
