Won’t work
I tried to set it up but it won’t work. I watched a lot of videos but it still doesn’t work. I NEED HELP PLEASE.

Hello,
What is the console your are attempting to play on?
What is the model number of your controller?
Does your controller turn on by itself and detected by your your console when connecting the sync cable to the K2's gamepad port?
Are you utilizing the power port on the back of the K2 (power outlet)?
Does the K2 register keys/mouse clicks when attempting to map on the K2 App?
