Mouse and keyboard
Hi,
I connected keyboard, mouse and ps4 controller. iogear ge1337 and dualshock ps4 controller also connected through Bluetooth. Then I go to k2 mobile app..ge1337 now showing unless i remove the mouse. I removed the mouse ge1337 showed then I connected it. Press continue..sync complete pop up on the app. I went to codm app went to practice game keyboard does not work but only the ps4 controller. Please assist..

Hello,
It sounds like the K2 Mobile is not receiving enough power to power on both the mouse and keyboard. Try using a higher voltage power adapter 5.2V 2.4A or greater.
What is the make and model of your mouse?
Do you happen to have a different mouse that you could test with?

i would like to share this to everyone..
i went to the store where I bought the key mander mobile 2 to and had figured it out what’s causing the problem..
— there was not enough power supply as I was using rgb keyboard and mouse. We solved the problem by using a wired non rgb mouse and keyboard. It also worked by using a battery operated wireless rgb mouse and keyboard.
