Please ensure your game's controller sensitivity is maxed out in game. Set your mouse's DPI to the highest possible and try to match it in the K2's App.

I have, but the way it’s working is weird, the lower I change my dpi in the k2 app it makes my sens faster the higher makes it slower. When I first got my k2 it was perfectly fine then out of no where one day it was extremely slow.

Can you try a different game profile to see if the issue is only happening on that specific profile?
