Cant connect my ps 4 slim withe keymander 2 to play rainbow six

Hello,

Be sure to use the USB cable that came in the K2's box as the cable that is connecting your PS4 controller to the K2.

Also, be sure that your PS4's controller communication method is set to USB on the PS4 controller settings.

If it continues to not work, try testing for compatibility with ONLY the mouse being plugged in and trying to map it to a button on the K2 app.

Then try with ONLY the keyboard connected and check to see if it allows you to map.

If you notice that one does not work, it could be that particular model keyboard/mouse that is causing an incompatibility issue.
