Wired controller won’t work in the plug in
My controller won’t turn on when I plug it in so idk what to do

The K2 requires an Official Xbox wireless controller along with a Charge and Sync cable to communicate. The USB provided in the box is a charge and sync cable, but it is a Micro USB so it would only work the earlier gen Xbox One controllers. For new gen Xbox One controllers, you will need to ensure that you acquire a USB-C Charge and Sync Cable if one is not provided with the controller.
Wired controllers will not work on the K2.
