blue light turns off

when i connect my keyboard as soon as i connect it the blue light on the keymander2 turns off

This is usually seen when a specific keyboard/mouse is incompatible with the K2.


What is the make and model of the keyboard?


If you ONLY connect the keyboard to the K2 does it still turn off?

  • If so, the keyboard is incompatible at this time.
  • If not, are you able to map in the K2's App?

and when i connect my mouse and other stuff it doesnt happen

Did you notice this after the latest update? The new update may have broken compatibility. If so, I can try sending you the previous firmware version. This would require a Windows PC to downgrade.



Also, try connecting the keyboard into the mouse port and mouse into the keyboard port.
