Not connecting to game
I bought this because my friend has one and it won’t connect to my game I don’t know what to do I’m on series s and so is he

Please be sure to be using a Charge and Sync cable. You can use the following test to see if you have the right cable.
Turn off your controller and connect directly to your Xbox. If your controller turns on by itself, it is a Charge and Sync cable. If it requires you to press the home button to turn on, it is not.
The Micro USB cable that comes in the box is a Charge and Sync cable, but new gen controllers are now using USB-C. If you happen to have one of the older gen controllers with a Micro USB port, you should be able to use it with the supplied cable.
