Games don't work for my ps4
Since I've purchased this I've spent three hours mapping my controls with my chonchow wired board and mouse. Once I was done with that I popped in bo3 and surprise surprise! It won't accept keyboard or mouse inputs in any mode. I don't know if it's because I don't have the latest version, my keyboard and mouse are incompatible, or because I don't have home internet. I have yet to try anything for my Nintendo but I wanted to try the ps4 first. Any info helps.

Hello,
Please ensure you are using the Micro USB cable that came in the box as the cable that is connecting your PS4 controller to the controller port on the K2.
You must also make sure that on your PS4 settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method: USING USB is selected.
If you were able to successfully map keys and mouse clicks on the K2 app when it said, "Listening" after selecting a button, your keyboard and mouse should be compatible.
