Lost my backup
Hey, I changed phone and when I got the new one and was ready to log back in I backed up my profile from this phone first instead of restoring my last update and now they all gone. Please how can I still get it back.

Hello,
Unfortunately, you would need your old phone to perform a "backup" and then use the "restore my last update" on the new phone once the backup is completed.
Either that or you can swipe your profiles to the left and use the share option to generate a share code for you to add on your new phone.
