Can you fix it I’ve bought it about 3 days ago and it’s still not fixed if it doesn’t get fixed soon im gonna return the keymander for a different product

Any update on this, I have currently experiencing the same issue. It seems that this issue is only on the Android platform.

After try today, both my Android & iOS phone can't log in or sign up, still waiting for them to fix this
