Device: KeyMander 2
Keymander 2 not working
My Keymander 2 won’t work idk if it’s bc my mouse and keyboard are Bluetooth, or bc my power for it is insufficient, or if it’s because I can’t sign up because everytime I try to sign up on the app it says connection to device failed but my connection is fine. Please help or I will have to return the item, thank you.

You should still be able to get normal functionality if the keyboard and mouse are compatible. You can quickly test for compatibility by checking to see if you are able to map keystrokes and mouse clicks on the K2 app when editing a profile. I would recommend only having one connected when doing this test (either mouse or keyboard).
