how do i do anti recoil

So as i got this device recently i have a problem setting up anti recoil i would like to know how to make it where i can change the recoil control pattern

The "Custom mouse move" mode under the Special Tab has basic values to slightly help with recoil control as opposed to full anti-recoil patterns. Therefore, it will not completely eliminate and adapt to all recoil patterns.
