Mic muting

Whenever i use my keymander my mic always gets muted. When i click buttons on my keyboard or mouse my mic glitches and gets muted in the party. I have to either unplug the keymander from my controller or press the reset button the keymander itself. Anyone having this issue or knows to solve it??
