Problem, need help

I recently tried using my key commander too, and whenever I plug it into my Xbox with everything attached, the controller just keeps turning off and vibrating. it will stay off and keep vibrating every three seconds and the mouse will light up also and turn off. I have tried all sorts of things and still no success.
