Strange problem with the keymander 2
My mouse and keyboard respond to the app when changing key bindings and the LED is green but it doesn't allow me to play games with the mouse and keyboard. Does the problem lie within the charge and sync cable or is it a faulty unit?

There are a few things to check. Have you made sure your K2 is connected as set up here?
Is the K2 LED staying green or does it change to a different color (white, orange, etc.)?
If so, make sure you are on profile Mode 1 (F1).
Do you have an external power supply connected?
