Device: KeyMander 2
BLUETOOTH - frustrated....... connection issue day 1
My device is connected to a Xbox series x. I plugged in all cords and plugged in unit first time and it worked. I then updated the firmware and now it will not connect to to Bluetooth with any devices plugged into it. I have to unplug all devices except from XBOX, then it will connect. Once I plug K&B and controller in it disconnects and will not connect again.

Try this:
- Connect the K2 unit to your Series X with power off.
- Connect the Controller to your K2.
- Do not connect the mouse or keyboard.
- Power on your Series X.
- Connect your mobile device.
- Does it stay connected?
- If it stays connected, connect your mouse and keyboard.
- If it loses connection, connect a 2A USB power supply to the K2's Power port. That should solve the power issue.
