Keyboard won’t work but mouse does

Check to see what profile mode you are in. Make sure it is F1 so that your main profile is active. Also try pressing F8 to see if you are in the new Typing Mode. Typing Mode allows the keyboard to work for sending messages, entering passwords, etc. Press F8 to toggle Typing Mode on or off. Note: it takes about 5 seconds to switch between modes.
