Everything is lit up help please

Everything is lit up and connected but it won’t let me use the keyboard and mouse I’m on xbox

There isn’t a need to post the same question in three different sections of the forum, but I digress.


At any rate, did you follow the manual step-by-step?

Is your keyboard and mouse on the approved/tested list?

Did you connect your phone to the device to configure the profile?


Review the manual that can be found on the FAQ/Troubleshooting page to make sure everything has been done properly.

What mouse and keyboard? Did you load an Xbox One game profile? Is your XB1 controller on?
