keymander not working after update
my keymander reset my settings and game profiles after an update I’m on the series s next gen console and I would love some help

Sorry for the delay, most of us have been out with covid. Your K2 App should have all your profiles stored, and you can also pull your saved profiles down from the cloud if you accidentally deleted them. You must first have backed up your profiles before hand, so if you did you are still good to go. Did you ever use our backup function to save your profiles to the cloud?
