Xbox will turn off after I plug my KEYMANDER into it

my KEYMANDER used to work fine with my Xbox one s but know every time I plug it into the Xbox the keyboard and mouse will not work and after a few seconds of the console being on it will turn off and the Xbox button on the actual console will flash for a second or 2. I have already tried resetting the KEYMANDER, resetting the Xbox and doing a full reset of the Xbox. What can I do to fix this?
