Whilst in KM Direct Mode, headset doesn't work.

Whilst using the Keymander 2 in 'KM Direct Mode' my headset always has issues with playing back any kind of volume from games or Xbox menus. The headset works in the other Mode just fine. All the setup is still the same, I just simply switch modes and the headset stops working. I am on an Xbox Series S. Please help asap! Losing interest in this K2 already due to the lack of forum support and activity.
