G502 side mouse buttons
Hello I just recently updated my keymander and before the update my side buttons were working but after the newest update they don’t work. Please help

We found the problem and we are testing the updated firmware now to make sure everything else is working correctly.

We have a new firmware update going live shortly to fix this issue. Firmware version 1.2.118 is finishing review now and I can confirm it solves your problem as well as several others. If you have a PC and want to install the update manually, please message me and I can send you the file.
