Can't use my keyboard

Some models of Corsair keyboard require additional power connected to the K2's power port to work. This is especially true of the K95. I have personally tested a few different versions of the K70 without issue, so please send me the Corsair part number on the back so we can find your keyboard and test it.

Before we get too far, we do need to check a few basic things. What console are you on? What controller are you using? Did you use the included cable to connect the controller? Did you follow the video instructions here?
