Device: KeyMander 2
The mouse is not responding, only keyboard
Hello! I have recently bought the keymander 2, set it up, but the mouse does not seem to work. I am using a Corsair harpoon rgb mouse on my Xbox one. All cables were connected correctly and set up to the T. The information about this topic was from 5 years ago and seems outdated. Please help I don’t want to return this product.

Hi Scrampz, we finally have the new firmware version v.118 coming out in the next few days that should solve this issue. The Harpoon was patched a while back but we have a bug in the v.117 firmware release that is likely the cause of it not working now. You can either downgrade to v.116 or wait for v.118 as it should fix it.
