Mouse does not work on Xbox one

Hello!

i recently purchased the Keymander 2, however there are some problems with the mouse. It doesn’t seem to work at all, although the light on the Corsair harpoon RBG is on. I set up everything as instructed. The keyboard is working fine. Some of the info on this topic seemed very outdated. I would appreciate some assistance!
