Xbox setup help

I just recently bought my keymander and am running into some issues. I was successfully able to connect everything and update firmware as its lighting up green. I made sure to add the game I want to play. When I go into the game the F8 button works but that’s about all. I made sure to check and there’s no red flashing lights or anything. I made sure to also check the sens was matched up with the requirements.
