Why won’t my keyboard and mouse work?

I bought this KEYMANDER 2 today and neither my keyboard nor my mouse will work the mouse light glow but nothing happens when I move it and my keyboard just doesn’t work in the slightest.

We missed your message so our sincere apologies. What console are you on? What keyboard and mouse? Have you watched our setup videos here to make sure you have it connected correctly?
