Keymander cuts off after 30 seconds

Keymander 2 cuts off 30 seconds after powering on. It is connected to external power, and everything is connected properly. Lights come on normally, then the unit shuts off. Using original Xbox one controller. 2a USB hub for redundant power. Have had keymander 2 for just over a month.
