Mic not working on KeyMander2
Hey all,
I recently bought a KEYMANDER2. I am having an issue with my mic working when plugged into the controller attached to the KEYMANDER.
I have a series X, Logitech G-Pro headset, and an original controller fully updated.
I am currently having to use a second controller to be able to chat.
When my mic is plugged into the controller that is plugged into my KEYMANDER I can hear game volume and chat but no one can hear me.

Hi Leak, what version of firmware is currently installed on your K2?

Hi Leak, we had a previous issue with Microsoft model 1708 controllers after the last Xbox One update, but firmware v.116 should have fixed that, and your Series X controller should not have it. Please see if your console is up to date, then update your K2 to firmware version 1.2.118 and let us know if t he issue still exists. We haven't seen any other issues with mics at this time. Also, do you have another headset to verify it works with the K2?
