Bluetooth Hotkey

Is there a way to have the Bluetooth toggle on and off using a keyboard shortcut.

My keymander is next to my Xbox, and I sit across the room with a wireless keyboard and mousw. It would really helpful to press an "F" key to turn on the pairing mode when I want to rebind keys.

Right now I need to manually press the button each time I want to connect the app.
