Connection to app

I bought a keymander 2 a couple of weeks ago and set it up and used it until today without any issues. Suddenly today the device would no longer Bluetooth connect to my app. I have attempted redownloading the app and factory reseting my device and neither of these have fixed the issue. Hoping anyone could help
