Device disconnecting multiple times

I have not seen a noticeable factor that would make it behave the way it does it only does it at the start of my session. It will disconnect then reconnect at least 3 or 4 times and has been doing so since I purchased it. So I believe I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what hopefully I can find some help.
