I believe there is a bug with the mic since the new firmware
Okay so I’ve been having a bug that my mic will not work on my elite Series 2 and I have every done that I can I’ve tried device resetting and I’ve tried unplugging and plugging back in and yes I have checked the app for microphone and yes it is on so I believe there is a bug with it but that’s all I wanted to say

What is the make and model of the headset you are using?
May I have you confirm the model number of your controller?
Also, what is your controller's firmware version? We were unable to replicate the problem with our Elite Series 2 controller on version: 5.13.3143.0 (latest) model number: 1797
Does it not work at all or does it stop working after some time?

Okay so model number elite series 2: 1797,1924
and
the headset: RIG 500 PRO
and the firmware I cant tell bc it won’t say but it said it needed a update but I’ll try and find the firmware
