Apex Legends is not working on KEYMANDER 2

Hello,

Is it just Apex Legends that the K2 is having trouble with?

If you try mapping a button on the K2 app, does it detect the keyboard strokes and or mouse clicks?

Is your controller up to date through Xbox Accessories App on your console?

Are you using the power port on the back of the K2 (connect to an outlet)?

If you connect you controller directly to your console (excluding the K2), does the controller turn on by itself or do you need to press the home button?
