Stopped working after I connected it to app
It was working fine with my ps5 when I initially set it up, but ever since I downloaded the app and connected to it by Bluetooth it hasn’t worked. I tried restarting my console and also resetting the box from the app but nothing has helped me. I know that it’s( the box) connected by Bluetooth because whenever I hit F8 on my keyboard it changes something in the app. Can someone help me?

For PS5 compatibility with PS5 games, please see this post as there are specific requirements. For PS4 games on PS5 with a PS4 controller you can play most games without issue.
F8 is the command to change between Keyboard/Mouse emulation (game mode) to KM direct keyboard input. You will see the app provide a notice at the bottom when you are in KM Direct Mode and you will not be able to play games using the keyboard and mouse until you switch back to KM Emulation mode.
